Faulty items can be returned to Directsource for test and repair. To ensure that the returns procedure is as fast and effective as possible an online form is now available to complete and send. Alternatively you can download the returns pdf file and fax it back to Directsource on 0870 458 0110.
An RMA number will then be issued for the return
of the goods. This RMA number is valid for 30 days. Should goods not reach
us within 30 days of issue, Directsource will void the RMA number, and another
will have to be issued. Please note that Goods should be returned in original or adequate packaging to prevent damage. The RMA number should be clearly visible on the outer packaging. Failure to do so may result in goods being refused. |
